Our goal is to ship orders as quickly as possible. Our customer service team will notify you of the delay in shipping when an item is out of stock. 
 
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is packed with delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.
 
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery.

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Here at Rated X Lingerie, we would like to provide you with the luxury lingerie you have always dreamed of owning. However, if you are not satisfied with the purchase, please return within 14 days on receipt of the product.
 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including all labels where applicable.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASE?


When returning please email email@itsrxl.com with the order number and your name.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?


Once we have received your items and they have been fully inspected, we will send an email to confirm that we have received your items. We will then confirm if your items have been approved or rejected for your refund.
 
If your order has been approved for a refund, we will process your refund where the credit will be automatically applied to your credit/debit card or the original payment method. Please allow 14 working days for this to be refunded.
 
The following items are NOT eligible for return:

  • Undies

  • Perfumes, Colognes & Lotions

  • Custom ordered or altered items

  • Sale items

  • Any item that has been worn,used, washed, or tags removed

 
SALE ITEMS


Unlike a lot of businesses, we are happy to exchange/refund sale items.


 
EXCHANGES  


Exchanges are available to those that return the items in an unused condition with all packaging and labels still intact.
 
We don't offer exchanges. A new order needs to be placed for items needed in different sizes.


 
SHIPPING


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are

non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

RETURN TO SENDER
The RXL reserves the right to charge all shipping fees and up to a 15% restocking fee for packages returned to our systems when the address on the delivery label is incorrect, it is refused at the time of delivery, or it has not been claimed.
